long does it take to for my order to be received?
All our orders
are despatched within 48 hours of ordering. This is followed by
a next day guaranteed service of delivery in Ireland (if a gift is ordered
on Monday morning it will be with the new parents by Thursday guaranteed).
Other countries of course will take a lot longer but will be posted airmail.

Is
there a same day despatch in Ireland?
Yes we can
despatch the same day and guarantee delivery the following day in Ireland,
however there is but there is an added premium for this service.
There is an additional €10.00 to be paid for this service and order will
need to be in our office by 10.30 am on the morning that you want the
despatch. This method is very popular but as you can appreciate
but extra pressure and deadlines on our staff. (Sat, Sun and Bank
Hols are not included as working days)

Can
I have my order sent directly to the person who the gift is for?
Yes, of course.
We will send it anywhere in the world for you and write a personal message
from you on our complimentary hand-made gift card.

How
long can a name be?
Names can be
as long as 20 letters. If you have a special request for a double
barrel name or special fada or accent we can try and organise that for
you. 11 letters is the maximum for our Christmas Stockings as it
get too cramped and small with any more.

Refund

Wow
Wee will not refund if you change you mind unless the gift has not been
embroidered. We take no responsibility if you spell the baby's name
incorrectly.

Do
you embroider other products?
Yes we do but
the service is not guaranteed. Sometimes products are not suitable
for embroidery. Call us and we can discuss your requirements.

embroider Hats, T Shirts and Promotional Products?
No, there are
companies that specialise in embroidered large volume promotional products.

Postage and Handling
We are a next day guarantee delivery
in Ireland for all of our gifts. Other countries will be sent airmail
postage to ensure delivery ASAP. All our goods need to be signed
for. This way we are happy that your gift has arrived safely as
you would want it to.
